Easy 30-Day Returns & Exchanges

At Protectedge Services, your satisfaction matters. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange any item within 30 days from the date of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • All items are returnable  there are no exclusions.
  • Returns must be requested and shipped back within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • No final sale items — all products are eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

Contact our support team to request a return:

Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions and a prepaid shipping label by email.
Send the item back using the prepaid label. Please keep proof of postage/tracking until your refund is confirmed.

Return shipping is free for all returns.

  • By mail: All returns and exchanges are processed via Royal Mail using our prepaid shipping labels
  • In-store returns: Not available - we are an online-only retailer
  • Drop-off locations: Not available - all returns must be sent by mail

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping costs are refundable if the item was defective or incorrect.

Gifts

  • If an item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of the return.
  • If the gift was purchased by someone else and then given to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
