After placing your order, you will also receive updates regarding its processing and shipping status.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Shipping Costs
Free shipping is available on all orders within the United Kingdom.
There are no additional delivery fees for UK customers.

Price Accuracy:

We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even if it has been confirmed and paid for.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Processing time: 0 to 1 business day (Monday to Friday)
- Transit time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
- Total Delivery time: 1 to 4 business days
Orders placed before 3:00 p.m. will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. will be processed the following business day.
After Placing Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email containing:
- Your order number
- Your proof of payment
Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you do not receive the confirmation email.

“Order confirmation not received”, and our support team will assist you promptly.

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase to avoid delays.
- For UK orders, prepaid return labels are provided for all eligible returns.
